                              RESOLUTION No. 19170
                      
                      
                      A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO 
                      EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH ROBERT SEALS IN 
                      THE AMOUNT OF FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED 
                      DOLLARS ($5,500.00) FOR ARCHITECTURAL 
                      SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE FIXED PIER AND 
                      FLOATING DOCK AT ROSS'S LANDING.

            	      BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 
            OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
            authorized to execute a Contract with Robert Seals, 
            Architect, in the amount of five thousand five hundred 
            dollars ($5,500.00) for services relative to the fixed 
            pier and floating dock at Ross's Landing, which include 
            but are not limited to preparation of public advertising, 
            preparation of request for proposals, review and comment 
            of proposed drawings and specifications, and construction 
            observation.
